KROM Int. is an independent web-development studio operating in the European Union. For any privacy question or request, contact us at krom-int@posteo.com. This is the controller responsible for your personal data.

We only collect data you choose to give us. We do not run advertising, profiling, or third-party analytics.

Contact form / email: your name, email address, project type, optional budget and the message you send us.
Technical data: standard server and security logs kept by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type) to keep the site available and secure.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, for the duration of our business relationship plus any legally required retention period. Security logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email krom-int@posteo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always shows the current version.
